Medical & FDA Disclaimer

Effective date: September 28, 2026

1. Website status and purpose
Noble Male Men’s Health, Inc. (“Noble Male”) operates this Website to provide general information about planned men’s health services and collect requests for launch updates. Noble Male is not yet accepting patients or booking consultations through the Website. Information about a planned service does not mean that the service is currently available. Services and launch timing may change.

2. No medical advice or patient relationship
Website information is educational and does not constitute individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation that a particular therapy is appropriate for you. All planned medical services and clinical protocols are overseen by Ron P. Chao, M.D., a physician licensed in the State of Florida. However, visiting the Website, joining an interest list, submitting an inquiry, or receiving general information does not establish a provider-patient relationship.

Do not start, stop, or change a medication or treatment based on Website content. Consult your own qualified healthcare provider about your condition, medications, and treatment options. Do not delay obtaining medical care because of information on this Website.

3. Emergencies and sensitive information
Do not use Website forms, email, phone messages, or texts to seek emergency or urgent medical care. These channels are not continuously monitored. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

General inquiries should contain only basic contact information. Do not submit medical records, symptoms, medication lists, insurance information, or other sensitive information through the Website’s general inquiry forms.

4. Future evaluations and prescriptions
Any future treatment will require an appropriate in-person evaluation by an authorized healthcare provider, establishment of a valid provider-patient relationship, any required consent, and compliance with applicable prescribing and professional-practice requirements. A request for information does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.

A provider must determine whether a treatment is appropriate for the individual patient. Visit and laboratory schedules will be established through the clinical care process. In accordance with Florida law, an initial in-person comprehensive physical examination at our Jupiter clinic will be strictly required for therapies involving controlled substances, followed by mandatory in-person evaluations at least once every 12 months, and routine laboratory monitoring. This Website does not grant access to controlled substances or substitute for an evaluation.

5. FDA approval and compounded medications
Website content may discuss FDA-approved drugs and compounded medications. FDA approval applies to a particular drug product and its approved labeling; it does not approve Noble Male, its Website, or every use of a medication.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, and quality through the drug-approval process before marketing. Compounded products may have different risks from FDA-approved products and should be considered only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

Section 503A generally addresses compounding by state-licensed pharmacies or licensed physicians for identified patients, subject to statutory conditions. Section 503B addresses registered outsourcing facilities operating under a different set of requirements. Registration of a facility does not mean its compounded products are FDA-approved. References to compounding do not establish that a particular product or ingredient may lawfully be compounded or offered.

6. Off-label uses and treatment results
An authorized healthcare provider may, where legally permitted and medically appropriate, prescribe an FDA-approved drug for a use outside its approved labeling. Such an off-label use is not itself FDA-approved. Discussion of an off-label use does not establish that it is appropriate for you or guarantee a benefit.

Treatments can involve risks, adverse effects, contraindications, and interactions. Results vary, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. General Website information cannot replace a provider’s explanation of treatment-specific risks, benefits, alternatives, and monitoring requirements.

7. Supplements
Dietary supplements are not FDA-approved to treat disease. Educational references to a supplement do not establish that it is safe or effective for a particular individual. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using a supplement, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition.

8. illustrative images
Unless expressly identified otherwise, stock photographs and other illustrative images depict models rather than Noble Male patients. Their appearance does not imply personal use, endorsement, or a treatment result.

9. Related notices and contact
See our Website Terms of Service and Website Privacy Policy for additional information. For general, nonmedical questions, contact Noble Male Men’s Health, Inc. through the general inquiry form on our Website. Do not use that form for urgent concerns or sensitive medical information.
